Blessed

When you meet others around you,
who are hurting, suffering, down and out
you finally realise how fortunate and blessed you are.
You have so many things others dont have,
and yet sometimes avarice strikes and you crave for more
But remember that everything you have does not belong to you,
it belongs to Him alone.
Everything you have on Earth is transient,
only He is real.
Everything He blesses you with,
be grateful for.
Everything you need,
ask Him and you shall be given.
But everything that you want, crave
remove it, remove the temptations of sin.
And you will be richly blessed by the grace of God.
I am blessed, and hope to be a blessing to others!
